DINING AT MAVERICKS

Hello Gorgeous! Ready to dine at Mavericks?

That's only natural, we can’t wait to host you.

We are a steak place, that isn’t a steak place. As such, we try to tow that line in our dining room. It’s a beautiful space with an air of comfort and grandeur all wrapped up into one big yummy sunset (and meal!). So while we don’t require a jacket - or ever want this to be a stuffy dining room - we do want to keep it classy. We all know the difference between our grass cutting sneakers and our freshly minted kicks.

Think about it like that.

DRESS TO IMPRESS

Guest attire can elevate or diminish the experience of others. We consider baseball caps, flat brim hats, beanies, tank tops, flip flops, and team athletic attire too ‘meh’ for a space this swank. Our service team takes pride in their appearance - and our dining room - and we ever so appreciatively ask our esteemed guests to do the same.

DINING GUIDELINES

Large Parties - While our dining room can accommodate large groups, these reservations need to be made through our private events request page. ***We do not serve larger groups without these pre-made reservations. Separate reservations made with the intent to create larger parties will not be served. We suggest you not be these people.

Running Late? We hold tables for up to 15 minutes after your reservation. After that we can no longer hold the table and the reservation would be considered a no-show. If you will be later than that but still want to dine, cancel the reservation on Resy to avoid the no-show fee (this can be done up until an hour before the reservation) and still join us a walk-in. We will do our absolute best to accommodate you as soon as we can. We cannot accommodate changing the reservation over the phone on the night of your reservation, and apologize for any frustration that may cause.

Kiddos - As we are an adult environment, our restaurant is generally not the best environment for young children. We welcome families, but we ask parents to keep children at the table and to calm vocal infants or youngsters outside of the dining room. We do not offer child seating, children’s menus, coloring items nor do we allow strollers or iPads in the dining room. A baby sitter might be best.

Outdoor Dining - Our outdoor dining is weather permitting and first-come first-serve. We do not offer reservations for the outdoor patio or quote wait times over the phone (for indoor or outdoor).

Do you allow corkage? Yes, one 750ml for two guests is allowed for $75, and two 750ml or one 1.5L are allowed for four or more guests for $150. The only exception is to wine we have on the list, which we kindly ask you to purchase from us.

Special Requests - While we will always consider special requests, modifications are not always possible. We don’t like to say no, but sometimes we have to if it will negatively impact the focus of the kitchen and the integrity of too many dishes.

Allergies - Please (please!) notify us of any allergies as the ingredients listed on the menu are abbreviated.

yum.
